RTG 800 Roll Tilt Gripper ( on OTS overhead system)

The HERMCO roll tilt gripper can easily lift and rotate single or multiple slit rolls as narrow as 4" from horizontal to vertical with the push of a button.

Capable of lifting 650 pounds (floor/arm models) and 850 pounds on OTS (overhead mounted) units pivoting 39" pole. Allows for easy docking of multiple slit rolls.

Exclusive HERMCO cam lock secures core solidly without damage to the core.

Optimal roll clamps prevent telescoping of loosely wound vertical rolls.

The 6" core adapter option allows roll tilt gripper to be quickly adapted to handle 6" cores.
